The FormalEasy® test tube is specifically designed for small biopsy specimens collected using forceps or biopsy needles. It comes pre-filled with 10% neutral buffered formalin. The cap is made of a special polymer, engineered to allow the biopsy instrument to pass through and insert the sample directly into the tube. Once the sample is released, the instrument can simply be withdrawn. Thanks to its special properties, the polymer cap prevents any leakage of formalin.
