Privacy Policy – Registration for Reserved Area
Tech in Green S.r.l., in its capacity as Data Controller, provides you with the following information regarding the processing of your personal data supplied to register for access to the “Reserved Area” of the website www.techingreen.com.

3. Purpose of Processing
Your Data, collected through the registration form, are processed to enable your registration and access to the Reserved Area of the website www.techingreen.com.

The legal basis for processing is the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures, as your Data will be processed exclusively to allow you to register and use the Reserved Area.

Processing is carried out in compliance with fundamental rights and freedoms and is based on the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency, and confidentiality, using electronic tools.
6. Mandatory or Optional Nature of Data Provision and Consequences of Refusal
Providing the Data for the purpose referred to in section 3 is mandatory for registration to the Reserved Area. Failure to provide such Data will make it impossible to register and access the Reserved Area.

The Controller may disclose your Data, in compliance with legal obligations, to public entities and authorities, such as:
- Judicial or public authorities in fulfilment of legal obligations or orders.

Data Subjects’ Data will not be transferred to countries outside the European Union.
9. Data Retention Period
Data collected during registration will be retained for as long as the user account remains active. In the event of prolonged inactivity for 24 months since the last login, the account will be deactivated and the related data deleted, without prejudice to further retention needs for legitimate purposes (e.g., security, fraud prevention) or legal obligations.

Data subjects may exercise the rights provided for in Articles 15 et seq. of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, including:
